'Painting for Pleasure' evening classes

Ladies are you looking for some 'ME' time?

Would you like to explore your creative side while making your own gifts, canvas art, Christmas decorations and home decor projects?

Our evening 'Painting for Pleasure' classes are friendly and relaxed - a great way for beginners or experienced artists to improve their skills and techniques, meet other like minded people and enjoy themselves......we also pig out on bowls of lollies, drink hot chocolate and solve the world's problems....but this of course is optional!!!

We cater for all levels from beginners to advanced, in small classes of 6 - 8 students. You can work at your own pace on projects of your choice, with the advice and guidance of a highly experienced practicing artist with 20+ years experience.

The studio specializes in country, prim, shabby chic, French inspired, romantic country, altered art and vintage styles of painting; on all sorts of surfaces ranging from wood, metal card, canvas, fabric etc.

The studio is set up to be comfortable and conducive for painting. It is centrally heated and well lit with both natural and fluorescent light. Beverages and music are provided.

Evening classes: 7:30pm - 9:30pm.

Some weekend workshops are also available.

Each 2 hour class costs $11.

Tuition fees are paid at the first class of each term. A free make-up class is offered at the end of each term for anyone who has missed a class.

The prices quoted are for tuition only. Students are required to supply their own paints (any brand) and brushes.
