For orders of E-patterns I accept credit card payment via my secure online shopping cart.

For all other orders I accept VISA, Mastercard, Australian cheques or Australia Post money orders.

Shopping Online: A secure shopping cart has been provided for online shopping at Woodberry Designs. Payment on the shopping cart is by credit card only.

SHIPPING

All in-stock items are usually sent within 24 - 48 hours. I do not post on weekends or holidays. Please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery within Australia.

Postage rates are calculated by weight and distance as per the Australia Post Handbook. To view local and international postage rates please visit the Australia Post website at www.australiapost.com.au or phone the Woodberry Designs studio for a postage quote on (02) 6582 5474.

International parcels will be sent air mail and postage costs will be emailed to you for your consent prior to posting.

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY:

Please choose e-patterns carefully as they are not returnable.

I take a great deal of care in processing and packaging your order with the intention of getting it to you as quickly as possible. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, it is damaged or I have made an error in processing it, please do not hesitate to contact me immediately.
